Why the name Chanterelle?
When thinking of a name for your food business there are many thoughts that come across your mind. Being a chef for 25 years has certainly presented me with handling a wide variety of ingredients from cuisines all over the world. Personally, I wanted to name my business with 1 word that stood its ground on a variety of levels in the culinary world. A word that meant food, elegance, earth, detail, and presented my clients with a geographical sense of where I grew up in southern Chester County Pennsylvania.
